Mari is one of the four main characters in Crystal Story II: War of the Shattered Sky. Daughter of the Sheriff in Dustop, who also became a sheriff under him, she is a skilled gunslinger as she proficiently handles two firearms and a capable engineer, who is able to build a robot named Guide.

Appearance[]
Mari is a young gun-wielding girl who was promoted sheriff under her father. She has orange hair with two short pigtails and emerald-colored eyes. She wears a light-yellow cowgirl dress, resembling a typical mage's outfit, combined with cowgirl boots. Her hat is held on her back of her head by her pendant.
Personality[]
Despite her prowess wielding firearms, she is very kind-hearted and emotional. She often regrets attacking before the battle, and apologizing to enemies after such attacks.
She can be sensitive sometimes to some situations, such as when she was mugged by robbers, though she does appear cheerful and tries to think positive. She even grown a bond with Kaz, despite his presence.
Weapons[]
Mari wields firearms. Her starting weapon is the Rune Shifter, firearms that focuses on Magic. Her weapon skills are Snipe, Magic Bullet, and Trigger Happy.
Starting Skills[]
Mari starts with the class Elementalist I and the skill Fire I. She initially has 125 HP and 27 MP.
Due in part to starting out as an Elementalist (as well as her starting weapon being the Rune Shifter), Mari often works best as a magic user (Elementalist, Healer and Trickster classes).

Trivia[]
- Mari is the only character of the second game to carry a range weapon instead of melee.
- It appears Mari is possibly the youngest member of the party, belying her intellect as an engineer and gunslinger, as she is the shortest of the party. Her voice is also very...high pitched.
- The pistols on her picture are Tier II pistols.
